Acuity Knowledge Partners seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
Legal Operations & Vendor Support Specialist
to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support across legal technology, vendor management, compliance, and cross-functional process execution. This role is essential to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department while maintaining strict adherence to information security, data governance, and risk management standards. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities simultaneously, implement process improvements, and support the legal team in executing day-to-day operations across contracting, privacy, billing, asset management, and vendor oversight.

As a Legal Operations & Vendor Support Specialist, some of your Main Tasks will be:

• Legal Ops & Privacy Support:
  Help with Intelagree implementation, DPSA/DPA/SCC review, and legal billing/reporting.
• Vendor Due Diligence Support:
  Initiate vendor outreach, collect documents, and load into system of record. Prepare concise vendor summaries for internal risk reviewers.
• Data Hygiene
  : Hydrate inherent risk fields in Vendor Tracker using what was provided on Contract Requests and vendor provided information and artifacts. Validate data classification, criticality, and owner/contact info. Updating key meta data in systems of record.
• Research Support
  : Assist with reconciliation and research projects across contract management, ITAM (software catalog), and Workday (invoicing).
• Onboarding Requests:
  Action and log access/account setups across all intake channels.
• User Attestations:
  Run manual outreach and tracking for outstanding attestations.
• Subscription license management
  : Processing user requests to provision, deprovision, or reassign access to SAAS, subscriptions, publications, etc. and updating user trackers.
• Billing Support:
  Review expert network usage reports and maintain missing-code logs.
• ITAM Support:
  Assist with Information Technology Asset Management process. This includes following up with stakeholders and ensuring we are moving requests regularly. This also includes the software asset records are updated correctly and monitoring for next review date and supporting ITAM lead on recertifications.

General Responsibilities:

• Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Analytics' Information Security Policy.
• Identify risks when working with external parties.
• Ensure information security when dealing with customers.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, vendor management, compliance operations, or related corporate support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use legal technology platforms (contract management systems, e-billing tools, ITAM systems)
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems (Workday, NetSuite, or equivalent)
• Ability to navigate and input data into multiple systems of record accurately

• Internal:
• Interact with the respective team, reporting to his/her team lead and manager.
• Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.
• External:
• Interact directly with clients.
