Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves testing internal controls, coordinating with process owners, and ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of internal controls, accounting processes, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review & Evaluate SOWs: Conduct thorough reviews of Statements of Work to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or ambiguous language that could impact contract execution or business objectives.
  • Interpret and Analyze: Analyze deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines outlined in SOWs to determine how they align with project goals and business outcomes.
  • Ensure Business Alignment: Assess how SOWs align with overall business strategies, client needs, and budgetary requirements.
  • Effective Communication: Present findings clearly and effectively, raising questions about where clarification is needed, and communicating potential risks or concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with procurement, legal, and vendor management teams to ensure that the terms and conditions within the SOW are fair, clear, and beneficial for all parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities to review and interpret complex SOWs. The ideal candidate should possess

  • Understanding how SOWs align with business goals, client needs, and budgets.
  • Clear communication skills are essential for conveying findings to stakeholders effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • The candidate must be experienced in creating organized reports based on contract analysis.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Word is required for document management and reporting.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in contractual terms is essential.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or in progress
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Contractual Operations, SOX & compliance, procurement, vendor management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • 85% to 90% English.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office packages

Salary 1,000,000 Colones per month.
