We're Hiring in Costa Rica, Account Managers Onsite in Santa Ana

Fast Offshore, launched in Costa Rica in 1998, is a leading business and corporate services advisory firm. The company specializes in corporate services, IP protection, blockchain, and the Online Gaming industries, catering to global tech entrepreneurs. Fast Offshore's Managing Partner is an internationally recognized professional with expertise in banking, payment processing investments, and corporate structures across more than 25 countries. The firm provides consulting services to both small and large multinational companies for their offshore needs.

We are looking for
two exceptional, first-class Business Development / Account Managers
to help us better serve our global clients in the iGaming, corporate services, and fintech sectors.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–7+ years in BD, account management, or client services
  • Professional English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and client-handling skills
  • Experience in gaming, corporate services, licensing, payments, or fintech preferred
  • High ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Must work full-time in our Santa Ana office

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing international client portfolios
  • Supporting onboarding, licensing, renewals, and compliance workflows
  • Presenting our services to new clients and partners
  • Coordinating with compliance, legal, and operations teams
  • Ensuring a first-class client experience every time
