YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Structure Investment COE manager leads a team of Primos dedicated to managing Structure Investment budgets for all the Regions and Global Functions while driving innovative solutions and standardization.

About You
The Structure Investment COE Manager position is a highly competitive role structured to strengthen your managerial and finance & accounting competencies.

You will manage several Primos to provide high-quality services to the finance community in Bacardi. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your finance and accounting experience, while continuously developing your managerial and leadership skills.

This exciting role will provide you the opportunity to analyze, report and forecast the company's structure investments, standardize processes across regions and implement the best available tools and solutions for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Lead a team of 8-12 Primos in charge of managing the Structure Investment budgets for all the Regions & Global Functions of the company.
• Ensure the SI COE promotes collaboration and uses best practices to provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization.
• Lead the global expansion of the SI COE to ensure all the regions and global functions are supported.
• Standardize all the services under scope across regions/global organizations to deliver the best possible services within a framework of constant innovation.
• Lead the organization to develop a strong business partnership with our stakeholders.
• Participate actively in global projects that could impact Structure Investment Management.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Structure Investments across regions, markets and Global Functions
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making in a rapidly changing environment.
• Achieve a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop a mindset of continuous improvement in the organization by constantly striving for ways to:

• leverage process efficiencies on a global basis

• drive down "end-to-end" process costs while improving quality and performance.

• Develop and manage a high-quality talent base, looking for the Best Talent for the Best 10, mentor and coach all the Primos in the organization to progress on their development plans.

• Approve roles in Workday and make the respective validation vs the Plan

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

• 8+ years of finance experience
• Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in, general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently. Advanced writing and speaking are a must; comfortable presenting to an Executive Level.
• Proven leadership abilities, including demonstration of Bacardi values and collaborative leadership style with experience in developing and retaining staff.
• Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization's needs and identify strategic opportunities to drive additional value for Bacardi.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities while working in a matrix organization.
• Ability to make decisions by seeking the appropriate quality and quantity of information, analysing information to identify key issues, relationships, root causes, and solutions, and considering the impact of decisions on the entire process.
• Proven process implementation success including the establishment of plans and processes for accomplishing work and projects, evaluating progress and results, and adjusting when needed.
