The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects that support global business operations. This role manages application and infrastructure initiatives such as system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements across enterprise platforms.
The IT Project Manager works closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, experience working in global environments, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and support prioritization.
- Coordinate and collaborate with global teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Support projects involving ERP, CRM, finance, and related enterprise systems, including Genesys Cloud; experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus. Projects may include system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Apply project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile; working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices is preferred.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to support timely resolution.
- Provide clear and regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management and communication activities to ensure alignment and adoption of delivered solutions.
- Ensure projects involving confidential or sensitive data comply with information security, data privacy, and internal governance standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Experience supporting global projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, contact center, or finance platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
