About the Role
We are hiring
9 Data Entry Specialists I
to join our Order Management team. This role is essential to support business fluctuations and ensure timely and accurate
processing of customer/patient data
. You will handle documentation, maintain service levels, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process patient documentation accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies.
- Register, monitor, and update records in relevant systems.
- Meet daily quotas while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, suggesting process improvements.
- Collaborate with leaders and supervisors to optimize operations.
- Communicate issues and opportunities promptly to leadership.
- Perform back-office tasks such as copy-paste, alt+tab navigation, and fast handling of multiple platforms.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato de Colegio).
- English proficiency B2+.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills, including excellent 10-key and keyboard proficiency.
- Strong organizational and workload management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
- Team player with productivity, time management, and results orientation.
Work Schedule
Remote work, Monday to Friday with available shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- (1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks)
Additional Information
- Monthly onsite team meeting required.
- Immediate availability is a priority.
- Training begins on
December 22, 2025
