As a network administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of our company network infrastructure. You will ensure smooth network functionality, troubleshoot network issues, and implement security measures to safeguard our data.

What You'll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Perform routine network backups and recovery procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies and best practices.
• Document network configurations and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) – French.Please note that Information security responsibilities are based on role.

Tools, Technologies & Skills

• Monitoring: Zabbix, PRTG, Graylog, PingPlotter, SolarWinds NCM
• Diagnostics: Wireshark, WinMTR
• Utilities: Ping, DNS, DHCP, Traceroute, Nslookup, host file mapping
• Remote/Console: TeamViewer, Telnet/SSH, PuTTY, rollover cable, USB-Serial
• Scripting: PowerShell basics (e.g., looping pings); Python (basics)
• Discovery/CLI: Nmap, GETMAC, IPCONFIG/IFCONFIG
• File transfer: WinSCP, FileZilla (SFTP/TFTP)
• Networking: Cisco routers/switches management, Cisco ISE
• Firewalls: FMC/FTD, FortiGate, ASA, Palo Alto
• Wireless/APs: Aruba, Cisco, Ubiquiti

• Cloud: AWS/Azure networking dashboards (basic exposure)

• Networking: IP routing, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP

• Cabling: TIA/EIA standards (Telecommunication Industry Association & Electronic Industries Alliance), basic cable testing
• Wireless: SSID Configuration, WPA2/WPA3, coverage/roaming basics
• Security: firewall concepts, intrusion recognition
• Automation: basic PowerShell or Python (basic exposure)
• Documentation: Visio, SharePoint, RFC Creation (Change Management)

Qualifications & Certifications

• CCNP-R&S and CCNP-Security (Must have), PCNSE or NSE4 (at least one of these)
• CompTIA Network+ (nice to have)

Other Requirements

• Available to work in rotational 24*7 shifts including weekends
• participation in on-call schedules
• Must be able to work with and without supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English Language
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical users
• Able to prioritize, follow through, and manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and grow into advanced networking responsibilities
• Customer service mindset
