(Candidate needs to work from client offices located in El Cafetal)
Job summary:
- Intermediate English communication
- Purpose: Provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
Key responsibilities:
- Advanced Resolution
- Diagnosis of complex failures
- Configuration of corporate equipment
- Application support
- User-level network troubleshooting
- VIP user support
- Integration of new technologies
- Technical documentation
- Communication with third parties and regulators for support
Knowledge:
- Windows/macOS Administrator
- Active Directory
- Basic Networking
- SCCM/Intune/JAMF
