Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering roles
• B2+ English level, both written and spoken, with proven ability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in fully English-speaking environments
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and managing containerized applications
• Advanced knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, especially Dynatrace
• Experience maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Comfort working in a rotational support schedule, ensuring overlap with global regions for operational coverage

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and operations
• Familiarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Prior work in large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives
• Background in retail, logistics, or omnichannel commerce
• Experience working in hybrid legacy-modern architectures and phased migrations
