Job Description
Garantizar el registro, seguimiento y recuperación oportuna de las cuentas por cobrar, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas financieras de la empresa.

Responsibilities

  • Controlar la cobranza de clientes y garantizar el cumplimiento de la presentación de la información fiscal requerida.
  • Gestionar la facturación y las cobranzas procesadas en plataformas tecnológicas, así como el sistema de contabilidad y conciliación.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos para identificar posibles discrepancias contables. Recomendar las medidas correctivas necesarias a la gerencia.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas. Apoyar a la región LATAM, si es necesario.
  • Supervisar la cobranza de clientes nacionales e internacionales, actualizando las plataformas tecnológicas afectadas (Oracle) e iCollections.

Qualifications

  • Manejo de sistemas ERP (Oracle, SAP , etc.)
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y comunicación.
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras si es necesario.
