Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creative journey—from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished, cohesive campaigns across social, web, email, print, and events.
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials: social media assets, web graphics, email templates, brochures, catalogs, and trade show visuals tailored for dental professionals.
  • Create dynamic multimedia content, including motion graphics, short videos, and interactive elements that elevate the DEXIS brand.
  • Ensure every piece meets brand standards and production specs for both digital and print.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to hit deadlines and exceed expectations.

Jump in on copywriting when needed to elevate messaging and storytelling.

Job Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Campaign Development: Proven ability to take campaigns from concept to completion, delivering assets that work together seamlessly.
  • Design Expertise: Mastery of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Multimedia Skills: Experience creating animations, motion graphics, and video content.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Copywriting (Preferred): Strong writing skills to complement your design work.
  • Detail-Oriented & Collaborative: You sweat the details and thrive in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
  • Motion graphics and multimedia experience highly desirable.
