Your Opportunity:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms. You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. In this position you will be focusing on:

• Executing creative design projects to completion, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs by using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine designs
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements, objectives, and project deliverables
• Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions through AI tools that effectively communicate brand messages and align with project goals
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Create design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Perform administrative tasks using Google Sheets, Google Drive and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and project alignment for design requests
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to maintain brand identity and visual coherence
• Utilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects), to create and refine designs
• Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and offer fresh ideas

Who you are:

• You have 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums, preferably in a creative corporate company or similar fast-paced environment
• You have strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects) and other relevant design tools and in-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design
• You have demonstrated the ability to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives
• You can manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards
• You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
