You'll collaborate closely with sellers to create compelling visual content for RFx responses and proposals that effectively communicate our winning themes and sales messaging. Working across both JLL and client brands, you'll translate complex business concepts into visually engaging designs that help drive successful outcomes. You'll take full ownership of assigned projects while maintaining our high standards for brand consistency and innovation, ensuring every piece of collateral reflects JLL's commitment to excellence and client service.What your day-to-day will look like:Build compelling charts, graphs, and infographics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint that transform data into clear, engaging visual storiesEdit and enhance images and photographs using Adobe Photoshop to create polished, professional visual contentCollaborate closely with sales teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutionsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders and traffic managers to provide project updates and carefully manage delivery timeline expectationsCreate and format sophisticated presentations and documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, ensuring consistency with brand guidelinesDevelop various types of creative content for both print and digital marketing collateral that resonates with business-to-business audiencesReview and refine design concepts based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative vision and brand integrityManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlinesUphold brand standard guidelines while continuously seeking innovative approaches to visual communicationRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or equivalent experience from an accredited art school6 to 8 years+ of professional experience in digital design and graphic arts with demonstrated expertiseProficient to expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorStrong capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience creating editable graphics and presentationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, custom styles, tables, and multimedia integrationComprehensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals including elements and principles of design, typography, and layoutExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions both verbally and in writingEstablished portfolio showcasing business-to-business print and digital marketing collateralStrong conceptualization abilities and creative problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications:Video editing and animation capabilities to enhance multimedia content creationExperience working in professional services or commercial real estate environmentsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across diverse teamsProven track record of managing fluctuating workloads while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesExperience working with international teams across multiple time zonesPositive, solution-oriented attitude when facing complications, adversity, and competing prioritiesLocation: On-site –Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
