SMC Sales Program Manager

Role Summary:
The Program Owner is responsible for orchestrating solution area programs across teams to ensure the acceleration of SMC sales, effective program utilization, and timely resolution of issues. This role involves measuring and controlling program results, as well as reviewing and making continuous improvements to program processes.

Program Management:
Orchestrate solution area programs landing across teams to guarantee SMC sales acceleration, program utilization, and on-time resolution of issues. Measure and control results, review, and make improvements in program processes.
Event Execution:
Lead and manage events such as business sessions, virtual events, and summits. This includes planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure successful execution and impact on pipeline generation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with various stakeholders, including solution area leads and segment leaders, to align on strategies and ensure effective communication and coordination. This involves regular sync meetings, newsletters, and performance reviews.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze data to generate insights and reports. This includes creating Power BI dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing historical views and intelligence on consumption trends.
Operational Support:
Provide operational support for day-to-day activities, including managing escalations, aligning with other Microsoft areas, and supporting the leadership team and specialists as needed.
Training and Development:
Lead training sessions and initiatives to quickly adapt to business changes and future opportunities. This includes training on Azure initiatives, operational processes, and general Microsoft functioning.
Communication and Branding:
Prepare and manage communications, including newsletters, performance reports, and branding for campaigns. This involves content creation, data sourcing, and coordination with the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using program management tools and software.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience: + 7 years
Schedule: Monday to Friday business hours
