Inviting applications for the role of
Process Associate, AP analyst

Ensures accurate, timely invoice processing while resolving issues and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and work with global process owners.
  • Triage and resolve internal/external inquiries via ServiceNow (or its replacement) tickets, phone calls, etc. in a professional and courteous manner within company guidelines.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • English B2
  • Knowledge of accounts payable
