Opportunity Overview
What you'll do as a Demand Analyst:

Drive demand plans by analyzing forecast data, optimizing inventory, and aligning with Marketing & Sales Ops on key assumptionsPresent demand strategies to the senior leadershipCollaborate with Sales & Marketing to assess the impact of market trends and emerging technologies on product demand.Support core demand planning activities, including quarterly Instrument Strategy Review, excess & obsolescence analyses, inventory forecasting, and more.Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the product you own to influence key strategic decisions

Minimum job requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, or a related field

4 years of experience in:

Data analysis and the ability to independently interpret complex dataPlanning and supply chain concepts and activitiesMS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred job requirements: 

ERP and SCM systems (Oracle and Rapid Response preferred)

 The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following behavioral traits: 

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvementExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
