Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual who can proficiently handle various Talent Acquisition responsibilities. Come be a part of our dynamic and driven team committed to attracting and retaining outstanding talent.
This is a 3 months contract position
How you'll spend your time here:
- Work in Workday and GoodTime to compile interview packets, communicate schedules, and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to maintain the status of requisitions in Workday, including posting jobs, moving candidates through the interview process, and closing jobs once candidates are ready for hire.
- Handle high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews globally, across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Generate and send offer letters and employment agreements globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes and enable TA systems.
- Initiate background checks and work closely with other onboarding teams to ensure all materials are prepped for new hires.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Workday.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proven experience creating and encouraging relationships with internal teams.
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle.
- Familiarity with offer generation and background check processes.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR role.
