Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead for JAVA Development. As a
Technology Lead
, you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in relevant JAVA experience
Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Web application development using Technologies – Java, Springboot (Microservices), Angular, MS SQL
- Preferred experience on PCF (future will be ARO as migration in progress), Tool: (log analysis), Dynatrace
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Exposure to attend daily scrum calls and deliver work as per the stories planned, work with other scrum team members and product team.
- Ability to guide other team members technically
- Provide innovative ideas, business value adds to improve process, optimize cost and improve performance of applications
Work Model
This role is Hybrid Work model. You will typically work in the office in San Jose, CR one day per week. Should have the flexibility to be onsite, as needed, for meetings, training or when requested.
