Project Manager | Remote (Costa Rica)

Canidium is a consultancy focused on Sales Performance, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations. We partner with Fortune 500 clients to deliver technology-driven solutions that improve sales effectiveness, incentive compensation, pricing, and revenue outcomes. Our work frequently involves SAP Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud), Xactly Incent, Varicent, Spiff, Salesforce ecosystems, Pricefx, and CPQ solutions.

The Role

As a Project Manager at Canidium, you will lead enterprise software implementation projects end-to-end. You are the delivery orchestrator who ensures the right people are aligned, work is planned realistically, risks are surfaced early, and execution stays predictable. You will coordinate delivery governance, scope and change control, integrations and data activities, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), release planning, and go-live/hypercare.

What You'll Do

Delivery governance & planning

• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, and delivery cadence
• Maintain RAID, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking
• Estimate effort, capacity, timelines, and manage constraints proactively

Scope, change control & financials

• Manage scope baseline and change requests (intake, impact coordination, approvals, implementation tracking)
• Track budget and forecast; approve time/expenses aligned to guidelines
• Keep project documentation accurate and audit-friendly

Technical delivery coordination (orchestration)

• Coordinate integrations and data activities with Canidium technical leads and client IT teams (ETL/load cycles, validation, reconciliation, SFTP/API/middleware)
• Coordinate environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), access readiness, and release calendars
• Facilitate issue resolution by partnering with Solution Architects/Tech Leads; drive decisions and follow-through

Testing, go-live & hypercare

• Plan and lead SIT/UAT readiness, execution, defect triage cadence, and exit criteria
• Own cutover planning, go-live readiness, stakeholder communications, and hypercare
• Drive transition to support/managed services with clear handoff documentation

Stakeholders & relationships

• Lead weekly status reporting and monthly executive updates
• Build strong client relationships across business and IT stakeholders
• Identify delivery-driven opportunities for add-on work and managed services (in coordination with leadership)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years leading enterprise package/software implementations as a Project Manager
• 2+ years in ICM/SPM implementations (SAP Commissions/Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, or similar)
• Strong experience coordinating with client IT/security teams on access, environments, and integration prerequisites
• Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, Google Sheets, and PSA tools such as Projector (or equivalent)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce/CRM, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and financial/billing tools (Oracle/Zuora)
• Experience with Pricefx and/or CPQ ecosystems

• Clean SIT/UAT execution and healthy defect trends
• Smooth go-live, effective hypercare, and solid transition to support

Location / Travel

• Full-time role based in Costa Rica, fully remote
• Occasional in-person meetings with Costa Rica-based employees
• Some travel to the United States for training or client meetings may be required (U.S. travel visa is a plus)
