About the Role

As a Senior Project Coordinator for the SEO department, you will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our business vision and technical execution. You'll drive alignment across cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, coordinate content calendars, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans. This role ensures clear communication, efficient resource management, and long-term departmental growth.

Objectives

  • Drive alignment: Ensure all stakeholders align with project scope, inputs, priorities, timelines, and outputs.
  • Manage project lifecycles: Define and maintain project roadmaps from initial scoping to delivery in collaboration with the SEO Director.
  • Coordinate content calendars: Identify core content pillars and annual/seasonal events to build topic clusters and campaigns for ongoing content creation.
  • Translate goals into actions: Align project goals with company strategy to ensure every initiative delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, serving as the central coordination point for all teams.
  • Monitor project health and delivery progress through data analysis and regular reporting.
  • Oversee risk management by anticipating challenges, maintaining a risk register, and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for project decisions, changes, and lessons learned.

QualificationsCore Skills

  • 5–7 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or a technology-driven environment.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, , or similar).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex technical information for all stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying root causes of issues and developing practical, effective solutions.
  • Skilled in motivating and guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • 2–3 years of experience applying KPIs or performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with the sports, sports betting, or iGaming industries is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other relevant project management certification (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital content production environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
