We are looking for someone who would be part of the Marketing team responsible for driving execution of merchandising & signage initiatives through supply chain management, logistics and by working collaboratively with other business units and various vendors.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Track, evaluates, and measures the effectiveness and efficiency of the key Point-of-Sale (POS) programs, makes recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for Western Union, VIGO and OV Retail Network.
- Working closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials - external and internal brand.
- Developing and creating marketing merchandising materials, such as corridor and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- You will execute the North America Retail POS Plan, which plays a pivotal part in creating brand awareness at the point of sale and ultimately driving conversion.
- Work with sales team to create and coordinate programs, projects, and planograms focused on increasing brand awareness and sell-through in retail environments.
- Utilize project management skills to track and execute the development of each project from inception to completion within agreed-upon timeframes, receiving approval from all appropriate parties.
- Own the merchandising supply chain process.
- Supervises and analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- Participates as an advisory member by providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
- Coordinates optimal shipment with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
- Execute and monitor the exterior signage program.
- Develop, execute, and monitor Digital Units content management across Western Union, VIGO, and OV Brands.
- Collaborate with our vendors to achieve efficiencies and effectiveness of our retail marketing budget.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, merchandising, supply chain management/logisitcs or equivalent, +3 years’ experience in one of those fields, preferable in retail (Western Union experience comparable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Supply chain management experience a plus.
- Experience with budget management & forecasting a plus.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks at once while delivering results against deadlines.
- Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You can multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
