Patient Process Coordinator

As a Patient Process Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Process Governance & Documentation

  • Owns the governance of end-to-end PACE processes (call handling, escalations, process changes, etc.), ensuring alignment with other business units (Sales, Service Advantage, etc.).
  • Defines, documents, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and policies.
  • Reviews processes regularly to ensure relevance, efficiency, and compliance.

Operational Support & Escalations

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for process-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Provides guidance to supervisors, lead, and frontline staff on process adherence and exceptions.
  • Analyzes process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Certification Governance

  • Leads low to medium impact continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Serves as the governance lead and main POC for Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt certifications.

Business–Technology Alignment

  • Acts as a bridge between PACE and technology teams during the design, testing, and rollout of new tools (CRM, IVR, knowledge bases, etc.).
  • Partners with IT and operations teams to ensure tools support business needs and processes.

Project Management & Change Management

  • Functions as Project Manager and Change Ambassador for small to medium projects within PACE, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Identifies and mitigates risks related to data handling, information security, and regulatory non-compliance.
  • Ensures processes comply with internal governance frameworks and external regulations.

Your Skills and Expertise  

 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field OR High School Diploma and 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Advance English C1
  • 2–3 years of experience in a contact center, service operations, or similar environment.
  • Proven exposure to process documentation, SOP creation, or workflow governance.
  • Experience supporting or leading small process improvement or project initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) – White Belt or Yellow Belt preferred

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous role as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and IVR/telephony platforms.
  • Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certified.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in process documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain processes to frontline staff and leadership.
  • Adaptability — comfortable working between operations and technology teams.
  • Project coordination skills — able to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for small to medium projects.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week)
