The Role
We're hiring a pure B2B hunter to drive new logo growth across our staff augmentation services, covering both technical and non-technical roles.
This is a 100% new business role. No account management. No renewals. No warm pipeline.
Your focus is simple: open doors, win new clients, and close deals.
If you thrive on outbound sales, navigating hiring pain points, and selling value under pressure, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating net-new B2B opportunities
- Selling staff augmentation solutions across tech and non-tech roles
- Owning the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → close
- Engaging C-suite, HR, Talent, Procurement, and Hiring Managers
- Positioning staff augmentation as a solution for scale, speed, and cost efficiency
- Building and maintaining a strong new logo pipeline
- Consistently hitting and exceeding new business targets
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven hunter-only B2B sales experience
- Track record of closing new logos (not account management)
- Experience selling staff augmentation, recruitment, RPO, BPO, or professional services
- Telesales Experience
- Experience in social selling and advance use of LinkedIn
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and rejection
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Commercially sharp with a results-first mindset
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling both technical and non-technical talent solutions
- Experience selling into scale-ups, enterprise, or high-growth environments
- Existing network in HR, Talent, or Technology leaders
