Objetivo del puesto
Brindar asesoría especializada a la fuerza comercial en los segmentos Empresas, Large, Multinacionales, Gobierno y Wholesale, acompañando el diseño de ofertas técnicas y económicas que respondan a requerimientos operativos complejos de los clientes.
El rol tiene como propósito incrementar la tasa y velocidad de conversión de oportunidades, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos y del negocio Tigo Business, mediante soluciones de alto valor agregado.
Este acompañamiento abarca todo el portafolio corporativo de Tigo Business (Digital y Fijo), con especial énfasis en las soluciones digitales, aplicadas a proyectos de alta complejidad técnica, relevancia estratégica y generación de revenue para la unidad B2B de Costa Rica.
Responsabilidades
- Aplicar el modelo de venta consultiva, identificando necesidades tecnológicas de clientes actuales y potenciales mediante un adecuado levantamiento de requerimientos, enfocado en los beneficios del negocio y como base para el diseño de soluciones.
- Diseñar y planificar soluciones integrales que incluyan productos core, servicios y soluciones digitales de Tigo Business, en conjunto con arquitectos de soluciones y partners autorizados, fortaleciendo el funnel de oportunidades.
- Elaborar arquitecturas de solución (HLD y LLD) para los servicios y soluciones digitales, asegurando su correcta presentación al cliente y su transferencia al equipo de implementación como parte de los alcances contractuales.
- Desarrollar la oferta técnica y económica, en coordinación con el Asesor Comercial, Especialistas Digitales y Arquitectos de Soluciones, con el objetivo de cerrar ventas e incrementar los ingresos de los segmentos.
- Presentar al cliente la propuesta de solución, incluyendo oferta técnica, económica, SLA de servicio y tiempos de entrega.
- Rediseñar y/o afinar las versiones de la oferta, participando activamente en su presentación junto al Asesor Comercial, con el fin de consolidar propuestas ganadoras y aumentar la probabilidad de cierre.
- Realizar la transición ordenada y documentada de los contratos adjudicados al área de Ingeniería de Implementación, garantizando que la ejecución se realice conforme a los alcances aprobados.
- Brindar soporte técnico al equipo comercial en los procesos de renovación de servicios, asegurando una documentación clara, completa y estructurada.
- Cumplir con el plan de entrenamiento y certificaciones definido.
- Diseñar, planificar e implementar Pruebas de Concepto (PoC) del portafolio de servicios y soluciones digitales en cuentas estratégicas, documentando resultados y planes de acción posteriores.
Interfaces clave
- Coordinación con socios y proveedores externos para asegurar soluciones completas y de calidad.
- Trabajo conjunto con el área de Producto, garantizando la alineación del portafolio con las necesidades del mercado.
- Comunicación constante con el equipo comercial, asegurando sinergia y alineación estratégica.
- Interacción con el área Legal, velando por el cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Coordinación con las áreas de Ingeniería (Factory) para la correcta asignación de recursos tecnológicos.
- Participación activa con Mercadeo en iniciativas de generación de demanda.
- Soporte al equipo de proyectos e implementación.
Preparación académica
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas de Información o Electrónica.
- Certificaciones técnicas en Cloud (requeridas):
- AWS (Solutions Architect Associate o Professional)
- Azure (Solutions Architect)
- Conocimientos en virtualización (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experiencia en el portafolio Microsoft (Office 365, SQL, Windows Server, Azure).
- Conocimiento técnico-comercial sólido en soluciones de:
- Cloud (privada, híbrida y pública)
- SDN (SD-WAN, SD-LAN)
- Seguridad (servicios profesionales, protección perimetral, antivirus)
- UCaaS (Cisco, Microsoft)
- Conectividad (fibra, HFC, DWDM, xPON, wireless)
- Diseño de redes LAN y WAN (Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Versa).
- Soluciones WiFi (Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti).
- Certificaciones deseables:
- Redes (CCNP o equivalente)
- Ciberseguridad (NSE 4 o NSE 5)
- Certificaciones en ventas y negociación (deseable).
- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos o IT (PMP, ITIL, Scrum, metodologías ágiles), deseable.
- Capacidad de análisis financiero, elaboración de casos de negocio y propuestas de valor.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 5 años como Ingeniero o Arquitecto de Preventas de Soluciones Cloud.
- Mínimo 5 años como Ingeniero o Arquitecto de plataformas (Cloud, Ciberseguridad, Redes o SD-WAN).
- Experiencia en coordinación y liderazgo de equipos interdisciplinarios.
- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Capacidad para redactar y presentar comunicaciones a nivel ejecutivo.
- Habilidad para alinear equipos hacia una visión y objetivos comunes.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones de confianza, sólidas y de largo plazo.
- Inglés intermedio.
