About the Role

Join World Fuel Aviation and become part of a global leader in energy and aviation services Our Corporate Fuel Management team is at the heart of what sets us apart—delivering exceptional service to large corporate aircraft fleets and high-profile clients.

As a Dispatch Support Specialist, you'll combine customer service, operational support, and sales coordination to ensure our most valued customers receive world-class care. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate fuel arrangements for targeted customers in our Fuel Management program
  • Act as the primary dispatcher for clients using our international trip support services
  • Submit accurate sales orders to suppliers and airport contacts
  • Analyze client schedules and deliver timely quotes and confirmations
  • Support the North American sales team with quotes and orders
  • Communicate directly with clients to ensure fueling needs are met
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year in aviation or a related field preferred
  • Language: Advanced English (C1 level)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree related to the role
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and occasional extended hours
