What You'll Do:

Track & Optimize Performance

  • Monitor KPIs across Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and more
  • Build dashboards and reports for engagement, reach, conversions, and retention
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities backed by real data

Put AI to Work

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. to create ideas, copy, and visual assets
  • Craft high-impact prompts to support creative production
  • Partner with our content team to boost speed and relevance

Spot Trends Before They Break

  • Stay ahead of sports, betting, and cultural trends
  • Track competitors and conversations that matter
  • Recommend real-time content moves to keep us in the game

Level Up Social Strategy

  • A/B test content, captions, and post times
  • Recommend platform-specific optimizations
  • Collaborate with creatives to push high-performing campaigns

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in social media, marketing analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Comfortable with platform analytics, Sprout, or similar tools
  • Excellent writing/editing skills in English especially for short-form content
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Sportsbook or betting industry knowledge
  • Experience building prompt libraries or AI content workflows
  • Familiarity with paid social or influencer metrics
  • Some SQL or data visualization skills
  • A pulse on viral content & platform algorithms
