Hybrid
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in print & digital design
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- +8 years of agency experience.
- Fluent in English (B2+ minimum)
- College or University degree: in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or equivalent field experience.

Understanding of design & can critique creative work in terms of typography, composition, color use & layouts.

Preferred experience in:
Audition, Cinema 4D Lite, Blender, Animate and other tools for html animation (Rive, Lottie, etc).

Web design & coding experience is a plus.

Capable in creating layouts, sitemaps, mockups, and other deliverables to correctly communicate with clients.

Knows about commonly used design platforms such as Sketch, abstract, Invision, Axure or others.

Strong experience with: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Indesign.

Nice to have experience: Audition, Cinema 4D Lite, Blender, Animate and other tools for html animation (Rive, Lottie, etc).

Understanding and implementation of easing, timing, syncing, basic VFX (keying, color correction, etc) and compositing.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.

An online portfolio or demo reel.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conception and execution of design, motion graphics animation-based projects.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use video to engage with different audiences.
- Work alongside animators, designers, account managers, and others involved in the production process.
- Create conceptual illustrations, workflows, stories, and storyboards.
- Passionate about details; a problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidently present, explain and justify creative choices and direction during internal review.

Nice to have technical specs related to publishing, print, digital design, and media.
