We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Reginoal Finance Analyst to join our team:
**Location**: Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: Hybrid.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial reports to the region workplace experience service leader and the regional finance lead, managing the day-to-day financial transaction accuracy of the client and Jones Lang LaSalle accounting systems, and partnering with Workplace Experience Leaders as main customers to train, advice and support them to meet financial targets and deliverables.
What is your day to day?
Provide support to workplace experience service leaders in the annual budgets construction and execution process.
Ensure that the annual budgets shared by the workplace experience service leaders are in accordance with the service conditions established at the contractual level.
Develop and document the monthly Finance and Accounting processes. Develop a schedule and list of activities that will be completed each month.
Assist workplace experience service leader in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with P&G Finance to implement changes.
Manage the cost center closeout process.
Manage the chart of accounts used in both the P&G SAP system and Jones Lang LaSalle JD Edwards system.
Support Latin American site operations team.
Train team members in Finance systems, data analytics.
Look for process simplification opportunities, benchmark trends and savings ideas.
Monitor that the invoicing process JLL-P&G is executed correctly. Keep track of the JLL invoice to ensure payments on time.
Ensure that the established KPIs are successfully achieved in the region. Especially those associated with the financial area.
To become an expert of individual sites and share this on the ground knowledge to the Management team.
Required
2-3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Microsoft Excel system experience
Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation.
Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.
