Para resolver incidentes básicos, escalar casos cuando corresponda y asegurar la continuidad operativa de los sistemas, equipos y servicios tecnológicos utilizados por las distintas áreas del negocio.
Requisitos Del Puesto
- Técnico Especializado en Soporte Técnico o Bachiller en Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares de soporte técnico.
- Experiencia en cadenas de hotelería o centros de servicio (deseable).
- Contar con conocimiento básico/intermedio de sistemas operativos: Windows 10 | 11.
- Uso y soporte de Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel.
- Diagnóstico básico de redes: IP, conectividad, ping, WiFi.
- Instalación y configuración de software de uso común.
- Soporte de impresoras, periféricos y VoIP básico.
- Reset de contraseñas y administración básica en Active Directory.
- Contar con conocimiento de sistemas de tickets (Jira, Monday, ServiceNow u otros).
- Buenas prácticas de soporte: ITIL Foundation (deseable).
- Experiencia en cadenas de hotelería o centros de servicio (deseable).
