We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can execute and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing several moving parts across various campaigns and platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI-driven marketing tools, eager to learn new technologies, and adaptable in a fast-evolving digital environment. You will manage and optimize campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, display advertising, and AI-powered platforms, ensuring that all efforts work cohesively to deliver measurable, high-impact results. SEO & Website Management:Optimize website content for search engines and monitor performance.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Paid Advertising & Campaigns:Execute and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, social media, display).Analyze performance data to maximize ROI. Email & Marketing Automation:Plan and send email campaigns; segment audiences for better engagement.Implement automated workflows to support lead generation and retention. Analytics & Reporting:Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Recommend optimizations based on data analysis. AI & Emerging Technologies:Leverage AI tools to generate content, captions, visuals, and ad creatives.Use AI for personalized email campaigns, audience targeting, and trend analysis. Ad Hoc Tasks:Support special projects, campaigns, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.Assist internal teams with marketing-related requests as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of digital marketing experience.Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics tools, and AI marketing platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI).Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).Graphic design or video editing skills.HTML/CSS knowledge for minor website edits.Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding. Working Hours:Full Time (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific TimePay: $800 + $55 Allowance per month
