Job Description:
Huntsman Corporation is a publicly-traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2021 revenues of approximately $8 billion. The TA Specialist Implements and executes the recruitment and on-boarding program and policies. Works with the business to understanding hiring needs, and responsible for tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection and on-boarding of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-6 years of sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
Experience with Workday ATS.
