We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune’s Best Companies to work for. **Job Description**: Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners with opening job requisitions, coordinating job assessments, prescreening job applicants and supporting diversity/early career recruiting events - Performs other duties and special project assignments as appropriate - Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes - Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process - Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting **Qualifications**: - Related Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certificate program preferred - Requires 1 - 2 years of office related experience - Very strong English verbal and professional written communication skills - Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Ability to create and modify calendar schedules - Attention to detail and accuracy is critical - Must have superior organizational skills, be slightly obsessive about following through on tasks and be able to prioritize a heavy workload for optimum efficiency - High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion Additional Information Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.
