Ultimately, he/she will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

**In this role you will**:

- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Compose job offer letters.
- Aid in onboarding new hires tasks if needed.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Collaborate with any other recruiting department tasks that the Talent Acquisition Lead may require.

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude**

**You should have**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, hiring positions like Frontend, Backend and Full stack Development, Project Managers, and similar/related roles.
- Advance English proficiency (C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, videocall, and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology (Lic) or related field, or equivalent work experience.
