**W**
**hat You'll Do**:

- Assign requisitions to recruiters based on a global support alignment matrix.
- Ensure job descriptions follow our global guidelines.
- Maintaining global Service Leve Agreements (SLAs) through efficient coordination practices.
- Ability to managing the Global Employee Referral, and Background Check programs.

**What We're Looking For**
- 2-3 years of recruiting coordination experienced required.
- High School diploma required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- WorkDay ATS experience would be a plus.
- Successful at being an organized self-starter, who is able to adjust priorities to meet deadlines, and business goals.
- A Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast pace, learning environment.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
