**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from a variety of risking tools.
- Analyze customer behavior and transactions; research customer accounts to identify linked fraud trends and data points.
- Review high fraud risk transactions related to authentication, chargebacks, and transactional or recurring billing data.
- Support risk policy analysis and provide suggestions for strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct ad hoc research, impact analysis, and validate issue remediation process.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years working in call center operations or risk reduction analyst role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis.
- Previous e-commerce or retail fraud prevention and investigation experience.
- Ability to prioritize and be a self-starter to provide deliverables within expected timeframe.
- Previous e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation, or retail fraud prevention experience
- Working knowledge of fraud prevention industry tools.
