**Job Description**:
This function will have the opportunity to work directly with global 3M locations Using great communication skills to work collaboratively with 3M subsidiaries and the global Supply Chains to ensure fail safe intercompany transactions. Help facilitate communication with key partners to allow timely export and import as well as understand global transportation, regulations and processes all while meeting service expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Monitor and manage intercompany orders (inbound or outbound) transactions.
- Close cooperation with source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/freight forwarders to ensure the timely export or import of Intercompany transactions.
- Understands and executes transactions following export rules and regulations complying with applicable Country Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
- Manage communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations by providing accurate data including product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
- Follow up on escalations, delays, shipment discrepancies, invoice issues, system and data errors, and transportation issues.
- Support Salesforce inquiries.
- Ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data our subsidiary partners.
- Identification of opportunities to improve and involvement in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
- Proactive problem identification and resolution.
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets.
- Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments.
- Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of University/College Education.
- Intermediate English skills. Written and verbal
- Team Player.
- Intermediate excel skills.
- 1+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation.
- SAP Experience preferred
- Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn.
- Must have high client service, quality oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
- Works well with teams - esp. virtual and cross-functional.
- Resourceful, can work well with ambiguity.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience in international transacting
- Experience within multiple supply chain roles (demand, supply, production planning, distribution/transportation)
- Experience working on cross-functional and international teams
