**What you get to do in this role**:

- Be responsible for designing the workflows for digital and in-person events.
- Work directly with strategic events teams on event planning, providing strategic tactical recommendations on event management, virtual / in-person experiences and driving personalized journeys.
- Collaborate with other channel leads (Marketo ,AEP) on cross channel integration to make sure that event registrations result in successful lead capture in CRM systems.

**To be successful in this role you have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience managing events and working on event management platforms.
- Must have executed live / virtual events within RainFocus or Rainfocus essentials platform.
- Strong quantitative background. Highly proficient with Excel and in data analysis
- Solid understanding Rainfocus API’s, widgets and workflows.
- Familiarity with AEM or other Content management systems and how event pages can be rolled out within minutes and are scalable to replicate.
- Excellent attention to detail and exceedingly organized.
- High capacity for problem solving and passion for learning new and rolling out new technologies
- Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting.

**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid)

- Heredia, Provincia de Heredia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
