Senior IT System Support Specialist

Ecolab is looking for a **Senior IT System Support Specialist** for our Enterprise Data Office. As part of the Data Engineering team, you will work directly with data architects and functional analysts to create data products that enable the rapid delivery of business insights. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of enterprise data and associated ETL processes that support business analytics.

- K2 Workflows System design & development
- Product Integration with cloud environment. (Azure)
- Application & Workflows Migration
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Tools development & Integrations
- Reports development
- Development of Technical documentation
- Support trainings & content development
- Power-BI Dashboard maintenance

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Leverages available service management tools like Service Now, System roadmap, Operations schedules, and present the relevant data and metrics to support and contribute to the enhancement, development, and maintenance related activities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to convey in clear and concise summaries
- Strong tactical and thinking skills with the ability to look beyond the obvious
- Working with remote and global teams/users
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and adapt to a changing environment
- Expertise with debugging, scripting tools, and automation tasks
- Be a driven and motivated team player
- ** English proficiency**:

- ** 5+ years** of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience using the following software/tools:

- Experience with K2 Five 5.2 - Rebranded/Nintex Automation on Prim
- Experience with C#.Net
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- University degree in Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
