**Job Description**:
Responsibilities supporting the recruiting team
Modify and update coordinated Interviews.
Send interviewers feedback to the Recruiter.
- Timesheet Inbox administration: Unlock Timesheet and time submission. Respond and guide the employees with other questions related (payroll, project codes, how to questions).
- Assist onshore Recruiters with other tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Required
- Good written and Verbal Communication English skills (B1/B2).
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to the partner/client
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills and teamwork.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise process documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
