Conducts full review and update of current job descriptions and completes

modifications based on documentation provided
- Audit all new job posting for compliance
- Validate and update job posting as outlined in compliance documentation

provided

Background check Support - Not part of JD Team)
- Manage reference checks through a third party vendor
- Support other HR and Recruiting operations projects as outlined by

documentation provided.
- Reporting experience would be a plus (SQL and standard reporting)

Your Experience
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines
- Detail-oriented; able to “connect dots” to see the bigger picture of related issues

and solutions
- High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
- Proficient in use of MS Office or GSuite, specifically Gmail, Sheets and Docs
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
