Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform end-to-end accounts payable process: invoice processing, and payments, including checks, wires, ACH, and credit cards.
- Investigate and resolve vendors queries, disputes, and issues, AP exception handing (vendor inquiries, vendor balance confirmations, vendor dunning reminders, invoice discrepancies)
- Monitor credit holds and mailbox volume.
- Perform AP accounts reconciliation
- Support the team processes, training, and KPIs reporting
- Identify and propose improvement processes and automation
- Month-end reporting, accruals, and AP close activities
- Support AP team daily job assignation, processes, training, and coordinate urgent requests.
- Support AP KPIs monitoring
- Support internal and external customer relations
- Support expense claims in Concur
- Provide documentation/reports to auditors for local accounting
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting degree or working toward completing Accounting Degree.
- AP process cycle, troubleshooting, reporting and analysis
- Minimum of 4+ years job experience as AP Senior or related role in a professional environment. Preferable with Shared Services experience
- Proactive, Working with mínimal supervision, results oriented
- Strong Customer service orientation and hands-on
- 85% English
- Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- SAP knowledge
