Estamos buscando un empleado de facturación confiable para realizar tareas que nos ayuden a controlar nuestros ingresos. Será responsable de realizar un seguimiento del dinero que los clientes nos deben, preparar facturas y actualizar registros.
Como empleado de facturación, debe ser preciso y confiable en el manejo de cuentas y documentos. Buen razonamiento en matemáticas y un alto grado de capacidad de organización son esenciales debido a la gran cantidad de información financiera.
Dado que utilizará la tecnología para agilizar su trabajo, se requiere cierto grado de conocimiento informático. El objetivo es contribuir a la preparación precisa de las cuentas por cobrar y salvaguardar los ingresos de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Comprobación de la entrada de datos en el sistema de contabilidad para garantizar la precisión de la factura final.
- Emitir las facturas a los clientes.
- Realizar la facturación de los socios comerciales de la región.
- Emitir reportes mensuales de clientes.
- Actualizar el archivo maestro de los clientes con la información pertinente.
- Procesar notas de crédito.
- Monitorear el proceso de facturación electrónica y cumplimiento con los requerimientos de Hacienda.
- Introducir las facturas a los portales (sitios web) de los clientes.
- Realizar los ajustes de BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) de la IATA, en el sistema de finanzas.
- Realización de cobros de factura de forma electrónica.
- Comunicación asertiva para la resolución de inconvenientes con la facturación.
**Educación y experiência**
- Diplomado en contabilidad o administración.
- Experiência en posiciones similares.
- Orientado al detalle y ordenado(a).
- Experiência en el manejo de MS Office.
- Manejo de sistemas contables.
