We are seeking an intern to assist our Learning and Development department, which plays a crucial role in fostering growth and skill enhancement within our organization. As a Learning and Development intern, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources team on various projects aimed at enhancing employee learning experiences. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the team in managing statistics, dashboards, and other activities vital to the department's operations. This includes assisting in the tracking of program impacts and measurements, organizing learning programs and activities aligned with our organizational mission and objectives, and contributing to the development of new initiatives to support our strategic direction. Additionally, you will work alongside our team to develop evaluation methods that assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Producing accurate and timely reporting on the status of programs throughout their life cycles will also be part of your role.
