**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Driving SOX Controls processes to recognize rebate liability and supports business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends.
- Partner with the Americas Ops rebates analyst/managers, internal and external auditors to ensure financial statements reasonability assurance based on reporting standards and corporate policies.
- Work with global finance rebate analyst to drive worldwide standardization and improvements to our processes.
- Develop solutions to a broad mix of moderate to complex business challenges.
- Interpret information for and negotiate with stakeholders and customers both internal and external to the organization.
- Provide inputs to management including department heads, operational managers, other departments, and senior management.
- Finance Technical: Comfort with organizing highly complex data sets into meaningful data and analysis. Willingness to learn and use new systems and tools to improve the quality and accuracy of revenue forecasts and actuals analysis.
- Communication: Communicate complex concepts and or results in an effective, accurate and clear manner.
- Ethics and Attention to detail: Ensures integrity of external and internal reporting.
- Business Partnership: Effectively partners with team members to deliver key objectives.
- Systems attitude.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineeringor related field.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in Finance, including accounting.
- 1+ years of SOX Controls experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA
- Experience in creating business intelligence analytics is a plus.
- Systems migration experience.
- Audit experience.
