Become part of an amazing People & Culture team at Snap We're looking for a **Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst**.
**The Job**
- Conduct job evaluations, and work with business and compensation consultant to determine proper job grade levels; manage the process for existing and newly created positions and conduct job audits as appropriate
- Support uniform title and title levelling structures
- Participate and submit data for compensation surveys and update salary ranges
- Conduct comparative market benchmark reviews, analyze market rates for similar jobs in comparable labor markets and recommend changes as appropriate to maintain desired market competitiveness and ensure internal equity for Costa Rica and the United States
- Provide compensation recommendations for new hires and internal promotions and progressions with partnering with internal stakeholders
- Conduct FLSA analysis to ensure compliance with overtime requirements
- Support People & Culture team with HR analytics
- Support workforce planning and plan management
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**You**
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years experience in Compensation and/or Benefits, and HR Analytics
- Fluent English level (B2+ across the board)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HCM software related to compensation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extrapolate data to guide and advise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence decision makers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to structure and create process in a high growth, flexible environment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
