HR Payments Controls Specialist

**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:
- Responsible to support/run the audits, reconciliations of suppliers and employees payments related to the Global Workforce Mobility Programs.
- Utilizes forensic audits, systems and reporting to detect instances of miss payments, fraud, illegal financial activity or Code of Conduct violations.
- Support DTPs (desktop procedure/SOP) documentation in line with operational delivery.
- Follows BCP (business continuity plan) requirements and drills.
- Supports quality initiatives such as BPM (business process management), quality defects and collaborating on root cause analysis.

**Qualifications**
You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:
- Must be actively pursuing last year of studies in, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English level, verbal and written.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
- Experience with audits and or risk and controls management.
- Experience with Accounts Payable and or Accounting.
- Project Management knowledge.
- Power BI experience.
- Creative and critical thinker.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Structured problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience handling global suppliers.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
