**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their goals and help translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flow.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Optimize graphics and visual elements for web performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent understanding of web design principles, such as responsive design and user-centric design.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
