**Senior Graphic Designer **- Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

In this unique global role, you will lead and develop a small team of talented Employer Brand Specialists and design and govern processes for the following:
**Role Responsibilities**
- Help develop and deliver our employer value proposition reflecting our diverse culture, driven by our
aspirations and purpose.
- Work as our creative team member and graphic designer.
- Partner mostly with North America Sales Enablement team and support brand and marketing projects/ decisions/implementations for all the North America operations.
- Ensure messaging aligns to strengthen our brand with current
- Manage global recruitment marketing vendor partners to research, plan, and execute supported campaigns to drive our global employer brand story.
- Own and manage the Western Union Careers website and metrics, driving enhancements, messaging and branding updates, and issues resolutions with the vendor team.

**Role Requirements**
- Education or equivalent skills are required, with at least four years of related experience in Design, Communications or Branding.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
- Experience as a user of the latest software versions of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate)
- Experience in the digital design field (web design, display banners, social ads) and prior work experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong skills working with Power Point presentations.
- Animation and video editing skills, as well as basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
