**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

You’ll be working alongside our creative team of animators, designers, account managers, and others involved in the production process. Using your creative skills, you will oversee developing new cconcepts and their execution in graphic design, motion graphics and animation-based projects as well as occasional HTML related projects. Also, you should confidently present, explain and justify creative choices and direction of your designs. This position will require you to be creative and imaginative with good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments.

You should have a minimum of 5 years of creative experience; with strong technical skills and a proven ability to use a variety of software’s (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Animate, Indesign). Work experience as a graphic designer with video production and editing is required. It would be preferable to have agency experience as well.You should be willing to jump in, grasp directions quickly, and run with projects (following templates/style guides). And you need to be detail oriented, proactive, and have a solution-driven personality. With the ability of working in a dynamic environment alongside a driven team.In your job, you will communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, so a good command of the English language is a must.Please share an online portfolio or demo reel of the work your proud of so we get to know you.
