Planning analyst is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link.

**Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:

- Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.
- May also conducts scenario (what if) planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary.
- Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.
- Drives continuous process/project improvements.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- 1+ experience in data analytics - advanced knowledge in tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel.
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English level.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master´s degree MBA is consider a plus.
- Supply chain experience related with manufacturing supply planning.
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)/APICs.
- Proficient in Excel / Macro development and data visualization.
- Experience with Data Analysis and LEAN practices.
- Permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
